A humanitarian, nonprofit, nonpolitical, charitable private foundation using personal, private, public and instiutional contributions to provide financial funding to individuals, charities, and other organizations, with the goal of improving overall quality of life by,

• Scholarship and education assistance for higher education to those in financial need, both domestically and internationally. Grants may be allocated to tuition, travel, books, supplies and material, and other cost of living expenses such as room and board, necessary to support academic attendance. 

• Financial assistance to displaced students of Gaza who are relocating to another nation to continue their studies. 

• Financial assistance to individuals and families from underserved and disadvantaged populations, both domestically and internationally, to help cover cost of medical care. 

• Humanitarian financial assistance to individuals and families facing significant hardships such as economic disadvantage, displacement due to the impact of war and other international emergencies and disasters.
